Terms & Conditions

  1. Check In Time – 12 noon. Check Out Time 10 A.M.
  2. Check in and the Checkout timings are to be followed strictly. If the timings are not followed a fee of Rs. 10,000 per hour will be charged for late check out.
  3. As required by law, it is mandatory for every Guest to sign in the registration and present your government issued Photo ID the caretaker for maintaining the records.
  4. Unaccounted guests are not welcome. Please let us know the head count of guests in advance and respect the capacity of the villa.
  5. Our caretakers are considered as a part of Goil Farm family. Their well-being is of absolute paramount important to us and they deserve the utmost respect. We will not tolerate any abusive behavior towards them.
  6. Goil Farm is a homestay villa, guests should not expect service like hotel. Check lights and do not litter the place.
  7. Goil Farm is located in a remote village area & we have made extreme arrangements to make the stay of Guests luxurious however risk of failure remains
  8. There is strictly no room service and food will be served strictly in the dining area only.
  9. A refundable security deposit of Rs 10,000 is to be paid at the villa at the time of check-in. Any damages done to the property during your stay will be charged from the security deposit.
  10. Please switch off AC’s, Geyser’s and other electric equipment’s when not required.
  11. A fine of RS. 15,000 would be payable if swimming pool /Jacuzzi is contaminated in any manner.
  12. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Feel free to smoke outdoors.
  13. Substance abuse, gambling & inmoral activities of any kind is strictly prohibited. Any such activities will be reported to the local authorities.
  14. Alcohol consumption is not prohibited however Goil Farm will not store & serve liquor. All necessary permissions & permits are strictly to be arranged by the Guest.
  15. Only vegetarian food will be served within the bungalow premises, however Guests opting for Non –Vegetarian food will have to eat outside the main bungalow in a separate area provided.
  16. All the furniture and artifacts are personal and beloved possession of the home owner. Please treat them with love and respect as you would do in your home
  17. Guests explicitly agree to use rented property and all facilities and amenities in and around the rented property entirely at their own initiative,risk, cost and responsibility
  18. Goil farm does not take any responsibility for Accident / Mishap / Loss /, however all efforts and precautions will be taken to safeguard the Guests. No claims shall be made against Goil Farm as well as the Owners for any kind of injury, loss, damage, theft of whatsoever nature and magnitude.
  19. There are lots of water bodies in the property and Guests are advised to constantly take care of their children and to avoid entering without safety equipment and informing the housekeeper. Cost, risk and responsibility.
  20. Client must provide rental Confirmation issued by Goil farm or in case Rental is made through or by a Travel Agent (TA), Rental Booking Slip issued by Goil Farm.
  21. Goil farm apart from the bungalow is surrounded by various plantations & Guests are strictly forbidden from entering those areas.
  22. It is the responsibility of Guests to observe and report any existing damage to property or equipment, appliances, cutlery, crockery, utensils, furniture , fittings, furnishing, finishing, structure, artifacts, etc therein within 90 minutes of checking-in. Unreported damage shall be deemed to have occurred during occupancy by Guest and Guest shall be held responsible for those damages.
  23. For Rental booked through Travel Agent, all modifications, cancellation and refunds shall ONLY be processed through Travel Agent who has booked Rental for modifying or cancelling Rental or lodging claim for refund. Goil Farm shall not entertain or engage directly with Client who arranged /booked Rental through Travel Agent.
  24. All Rental Booked, whether on Hold or Confirmed are NON TRANSFERABLE and cannot be transferred to anyone else by the Guest. Cancellation prior 30-60 days refund of 75% of cancellation within 15-29 days refund of 50 %. Cancellation within 0-14 days Nil refund.

  26. Items given Complimentary at the Farm are strictly for use in the Farm House only.
